Cleaning and sealing stamped and colored concrete should be done on a regular basis just like any other home maintenance. The frequency depends on how high a traffic area to cars, foot traffic, water, or harsh winters, or dry summers.

Stamped Concrete Designs recommends resealing every 1 or 2 years. If you wait longer you may notice the color fade. Resealing your stamped or colored concrete will bring back the vibrant colors as the the day it was installed.
